As one of Scandinavia's leading private health care actors, Aleris run primary care centers all over Sweden. Aleris approached Ocean when wanting to understand why waiting times to one of the care centers were extensively long, and identify appropriate actions to take.
By taking a holistic service design approach Ocean helped Aleris in gathering insights on how to streamline the patient flow, and improve quality of care for patients. We visualized our insights and recommendations in a journey map that enables all involved stakeholders come to a common understanding around the objectives and challenges. The purpose is to ensure that new processes and services are designed to solve real problems, and at the same time meet the objectives of the organization.
