Details: As part of our commitment to platform stability and performance, we will be performing essential upgrades to our backend infrastructure starting on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 13:00 UTC (8:00 AM EST).

This maintenance window is scheduled to last through the week and conclude on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 22:00 EST (Saturday, Feb 7 at 03:00 UTC).

Connectivity
While we anticipate no disruptions, it is possible that there may be brief windows of intermittent connectivity to backend services at OCEAN during the maintenance window as we implement these improvements. Any interruptions are expected to be fleeting and self-resolving. No action is required on your part.

Lightning Network Services
Please be advised of the following potential impacts to Lightning services during this window:

  • Lightning payouts: Payouts may be delayed longer than normal for any blocks found during the full maintenance window. These payouts may be consolidated for multiple blocks once upgrades are completed. Expected impact is no noticeable delay; however, in a worst-case scenario, payouts may be queued until the end of the maintenance window. Rest assured, no work is lost and payouts will still occur appropriately for work submitted.
  • Lightning configuration: New Lightning configurations or changes may not be accepted during the maintenance window.

Our engineering team will be actively monitoring system health throughout the entire window to ensure impacts remain minimal. If you experience any service disruption that lasts longer than a momentary disconnection, please reach out to us through your normal support channels.
