We are proud and happy to have been collaborating with Experio Lab, Värmlands läns landsting and Första Linjen on hurmårdu.nu, a new digital service that aims at making it less stigmatized and troublesome to get in contact with mental care.

Instead of finding courage to a nervous phone call, Hurmårdu.nu helps youths tell their story or background, at their own pace and on their own terms.

The service is now being tested in Karlstad in order to gather insights on how the responsive website can support both young people and healthcare professionals. Those who have already tried Hurmårdu.nu say it defuses mental illness and lowers the threshold of seeking help.
